At the Aimee-Leigh Irish Dance Academy it's important for us to embed to our culture the Academy's values, mission and ethos. Our mission is to create a fun, fresh and family oriented environment where exceptional teachers inspire the next generation to fulfill their dreams through Irish Dance.

We put our heart and soul into our dance, using our drive and commitment to inspire, energise and create an enjoyable environment that our staff and students love to be part of. We pride ourselves in upholding our family oriented values in our classes.

We want to help all our students achieve their personal best regardless of their age, gender, or background.

We value open and honest relationships with our students and their parents, valuing feedback. We learn from success and failure in equal measure.

If at any time the Academy's ethos and values are broken, the teachers of the Aimee-Leigh Irish Dance Academy reserve the right to remove dancers from the Academy.
